We would be happy to discuss leaving the playset as part of the purchase of the 5 bedroom home. It does accomadate both young and old. It is well constructed, sturdy, swings are commerical grade and easily hold a grown adults weight as well. If someone would perfer not to keep the swingset that would be easily solved as well.
